Payment & Delivery


Please note the following:

i.           All charges reflected are inclusive of tax.

ii.         All unpaid orders by internet banking after 24 hours from the time your order was placed will be automatically cancelled.

iii.        Do note that the item(s) are not reserved until payment is made, you may encounter no-stock situation when payment is delayed.

iv.        Delivery costs, where applicable and unless otherwise stated, will be charged and clearly stated in the ‘Grand Total’ of the invoice.

v.          Payment(s) made through valid e-gift cards, or discount codes are applicable to your orders.

vi.        Payment(s) made through your debit/credit card may require 2-Factor Authorisation (2FA) to ensure authorised access. Please note that order(s) will not be confirmed until you have completed this authorisation. Upon the reception of the Order Confirmation, your card will be debited. Pepperkoko Singapore will not be liable for delay-in or non-delivery of your item(s) if payment is not authorised or unsuccessful.

vii.       You must be the legitimate holder of the authorised debit or credit card, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to ensure full payment of your order.

viii.     In the unfortunate event where there is multiple occurrence of no payment being received and orders cancelled, Pepperkoko Singapore reserves the right to blacklist your account from future purchases.

ix.        Our payment partner, Paypal, is a secured and trusted provider to handle your credit card or paypal account payment to Pepperkoko Singapore.

xi.        Orders paid by Internet Banking or ATM Transfer must have Pepperkoko Singapore notified through email, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp at +65 9229 5936, with a screenshot of the successful transaction within 24hours of ordering. Please include your order number; name and contact number through the modes of communication so that we can identify you. Once we have verified your payment and order, we will process your order, otherwise any unpaid items after 24 hours may not be available any more.

xii.      Our local logistics partner, SingPost POPStation offers Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Service the collection lockers. Payment by Nets, EzLink, Visa and MasterCard is available upon entering the unlock pin to collect your parcels.



i.           Processing and packaging of order(s) will be completed by our mailing team from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; not including public holidays and company declared holidays.

ii.         Unless otherwise stated, dispatch and shipment of paid order(s) will take 5-7  working days to Singapore address and 5-7 working days to international address, from our overseas or local warehouse.

iii.        We use various courier companies to deliver goods from our overseas and local warehouse to local and international markets. Pepperkoko Singapore will have you notified if we are unable to fulfill the delivery in time due to the delay by our providers.

iv.        We will not be liable for size, colour, or design related exchanges for delivery to international market. You may be liable for the prevailing goods and service tax, import tax, custom tax, etc. imposed by the country that your order is to arrive in.

v.          Order(s) are strictly delivered by order number. Combination of order(s) with different order number will not be allowed.

vi.     BluPort is made available to you at an additional of $5.00 on top of the delivery fee (if any). If you have made a selection for BluPort collection, please contact 6817 3620 to track your parcel.

vii.        SingPost POPStation is made available to you at an additional of $8.00 on top of the delivery fee (if any). If you have made a selection for SingPost POPStation collection, please refer to and input your given tracking ID.

viii.      If you have failed to take the delivery or collection, our logistics partner will leave the relevant instructions for re-delivery or self-collection.

ix.     Bounced parcels will be returned to Pepperkoko Singapore and our staff will contact you through your listed preferred contact mode.

x.        In the event that delivery was delayed by you, Pepperkoko Singapore shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

xi.          Delivery to Jurong Island and other restricted area are currently unavailable until further notice.

xii.        Changes to delivery date and time once the order(s) have been dispatched is highly discouraged. In the event of unforeseen situation, please email us at, providing us with the order(s) details so that we can assist you.

xiii.       Should you disclaim the parcel and refuse delivery or self-collection, Pepperkoko Singapore reserves the right to:

a.          Take off the product for delivery or collection and all payment made will be refunded to you after making deductions for any administration charges for both delivery and handling by Pepperkoko Singapore.

b.          Charge you for any additional fees or costs incurred by Pepperkoko Singapore.



Please note the following:

i.          Pepperkoko Singapore will not be responsible for delivering to wrong delivery address provided in the order. Please double check before confirming the order; you may be liable for the prevailing goods and service tax, import tax, custom tax, etc. imposed by the country that your order is to arrive in.

ii.     Prior to delivery, if Pepperkoko Singapore or you discover any error in the order before dispatching from warehouse, we will proceed to cancel the order and have you informed to place a new one. Should items have already been dispatched from warehouse to courier, it is not possible to request any changes to order.

iii.        Upon delivery and if any error is discovered to be due to your negligence:

a.          If the order(s) are still with our logistics partner, you can arrange for a re-delivery, and may incur additional delivery charges.

b.          If the order(s) are already delivered after verification with our logistics partner, but not to your allocated address, you are to bear the cost of the delivery should re-delivery is feasible.

i.           For Singapore address, with effect from 1st July 2017, order worth $50.00 and above is entitled for free delivery. Order below $50.00 is subjected to a delivery charge of $3.80. Additional charges may apply for options such as SingPost POPStation or BluPort service.

ii.         For Malaysia address, all orders will be subjected to a $3.80 flat rate delivery fee.


i.          For Malaysia address, the estimated delivery period will be 3-4 days for West Malaysia and 5-7 days for East Malaysia upon the confirmation of your order(s).


i.           Upon delivery of your order(s), you may be required to sign for confirmation of the reception of your parcel(s). Kindly contact Pepperkoko Singapore at 63 799 138 or in the case of discrepancies, damages and defects in the received product(s). You are to provide, upon request, the relevant materials for Pepperkoko Singapore to verify and act on the matter.

ii.         Please check the items upon reception for any defects

iii.        Once the order(s) is verified to be intact and correct, Pepperkoko Singapore will not be liable for any loss or destruction once the product(s) is taken to wash, altered or tags removed.
