Customer is to inform Pepperkoko Singapore of the return within 7 days upon date of delivery together with a scan copy of return form and email us at email@example.com stating your order number, your name, contact details and address. Item(s) is to be returned with the return form within 7 working days after the email confirmation from Pepperkoko Singapore acknowledging the exchange of the item(s).
Incorrect / Defective Items
We apologise for sending an incorrect or defective item. Please note that minor variations in measurement, within 0.75 inches, loose thread, unopened button holes, light and small staining, minor stitching un-alignment, are not considered a defect. While we ensure that screen colours are as accurate as can be, colours may still appear slightly different due to the lighting conditions, and computer screens colour calibration. The model sizing guide is to be used as a point of guidance and not a definite measurement factor.
i. Incorrect item(s) is defined as: wrong design, wrong colour, wrong size compare to the paid order(s).
ii. Customer is to email Pepperkoko Singapore of the return within 7 days upon date of delivery together with a scan copy of return form and a clear photo showing the defect or the incorrect item(s).
Exchange and Return
Pepperkoko Singapore offers the exchange and return policy in accordance to the below conditions.
i. Pepperkoko Singapore will provide a one-time free exchange policy for the same item in an order if the item(s) sent is of the incorrect, defective or wrong size; all pieces within the same order must be consolidated and returned as one, any subsequent returns of the same order after the first, will not be entertained. Any subsequent exchange on purchase made utilizing the PDollar refunded, will not be entertained.
ii. Pepperkoko Singapore will also provide a one-time refund policy for the same order if the item(s) are not to your liking due to the fitting, design or colour; the item(s) for refund must be consolidated and returned as one and the amount of the item(s) will be refunded to you as PDollar after deducting the admin and handling fee of $3.80 upon receiving the returned item(s), any subsequent refund of the same order made after the first or purchase made utilizing the PDollar refunded, will not be entertained.
iii. Any item is only subjected to one-time free exchange or one-time refund. Any subsequent exchange of refund request of the same order made after the first or purchase made utilizing the PDollar refunded, will not be entertained.
iv. International orders are eligible for return ONLY. Customers are to note that they shall bear the courier charges when returning the items to Pepperkoko Singapore; parcels are to be traceable by a registered tracking ID and we are not responsible for the loss of items prior receiving the return parcel. Value of the items will be refunded as PDollar after deducting the admin and handling fee of $3.80. All other prevailing return policy applies.
v. Customer is to email Pepperkoko Singapore of the return within 7 days upon date of delivery together with a scan copy of return form.
vi. Any item(s) returned without confirmation by Pepperkoko Singapore will not be entertained.
vii. Upon confirmation from Pepperkoko Singapore, kindly assist to return the item(s) with the return form via SingPost registered mail ONLY, to enable tracking within 7 days,
viii. Tags must be left intact, with complete accessories and pieces, in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Non-fulfillment will result in item(s) being rejected and customers shall bear the return delivery charges.
ix. Postage up to $5 will be reimbursed for items verified incorrect, defective or wrong size in term of PDollar or to bank account, for local orders.
x. Any subsequent return after utilizing the one-time free exchange will be considered return and subjected to return policy.
xi. If the replacement or exchanged piece is out-of-stock, Pepperkoko Singapore will proceed to refund you in terms of PDollar.
Non Exchangeable and Returnable Items
i. Item(s) has passed the 14 days service assurance window.
ii. Item(s) is to be returned for only one free exchange. The item(s) exchanged is not allowed to be exchanged again or will be treated as return.
iii. Certain products are not liable for exchange and return due to hygiene purposes. The following list is, but not limited to, the products listed: accessories, cosmetic, bags, skin/health product, lingerie, swimwear, shocks & tights and innerwear.
iv. item(s) received is in an unsuitable condition – worn out, washed, altered or stained.
v. Item(s) received is incomplete – missing tag, pieces, accessories, packaging and shoe box.
vi. Item(s) sold from outlet sale are NOT eligible for returns nor exchange. All outlet items will be checked for defects prior delivery.
