We deliver to Malaysia!



i.      Processing and packaging of order(s) will be completed by our mailing team from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; not including public holidays and company declared holidays.

ii.     Should order has been processed and items have already been dispatched from warehouse to courier, it is not possible to request any changes to order.


i.      We accept credit card payment and bank transfer from any Malaysia banks.

ii.       Our payment partner, Paypal, is a secured and trusted provider to handle your credit card or paypal account payment to Pepperkoko Singapore.

i.        For Malaysia address, all orders will be subjected to a $3.80 flat rate delivery fee.

ii.       Pepperkoko Singapore will not be responsible for delivering to wrong delivery address provided in the order. Please double check before confirming the order.

iii.     Prior to delivery, if Pepperkoko Singapore or you discover any error in the order before dispatching from warehouse, we will proceed to cancel the order and have you informed to place a new one. Should items have already been dispatched from warehouse to courier, it is not possible to request any changes to order.

iv.      Unless otherwise stated, dispatch and shipment of paid order(s) will take 3-4 working days to West Malaysia and 5-7 working days to East Malaysia address, from our overseas or local warehouse.

v.      We will not be liable for size, colour, or design related exchanges for delivery to Malaysia. You may be liable for the prevailing goods and service tax, import tax, custom tax, etc. imposed by  Malaysia custom.

vi.     If you have failed to take the delivery or collection, our logistics partner will leave the relevant instructions for re-delivery or self-collection.

vii.     Upon delivery and if any error is discovered to be due to your negligence:

a.          If the order(s) are still with our logistics partner, you can arrange for a re-delivery, and may incur additional delivery charges.

b.          If the order(s) are already delivered after verification with our logistics partner, but not to your allocated address, you are to bear the cost of the delivery should re-delivery is feasible.


Please refer to the following table on the summary of the return and refund policy:

i.    Customer is to inform Pepperkoko Singapore of the return within 7 days upon date of delivery together with a scan copy of return form and email us at stating your order number, your name, contact details and address. Item(s) is to be returned with the return form within 7 working days after the email confirmation from Pepperkoko Singapore acknowledging the exchange of the item(s).

ii.    Malaysia orders are eligible for return ONLY. Customers are to note that they shall bear the courier charges when returning the items to Pepperkoko Singapore; parcels are to be traceable by a registered tracking ID and we are not responsible for the loss of items prior receiving the return parcel. Value of the items will be refunded as PDollar after deducting the admin and handling fee of $3.80. All other prevailing return policy applies.
